Just as in the Project stage the Management is indispensable through the performance of the PM, the EPCM model offers for the client the concurrence of a CM or Construction Manager, who carries out the Management of the Work with the control tools scope, costs and quality recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PMI)

TAGING executes its projects using the methodology recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). It also has internal procedures certified in standard and framed within its Integrated Management System (GIS).
